For those of you who don't know Caroline, she is chair of the Point to Point Authority. She has been involved in Pointing all her life. She rode over 50 winners between the flags and under rules, and was the first female jockey to ride a winner at Cheltenham. When she retired from the saddle she took over training her father's (Dick Saunders') point to pointers, with many winners in Points and Hunter Chases, including the 'big three' Hunter Chases. She then went on to train under rules, leaving the care of the pointers to her husband Gerald.
