Favourite backers would have an uncomfortable time as he was being niggled with a circuit to go and driven for much of the remainder. Drumlee Brexit jumped like a stag in front but the two year absence eventually took its toll and BMF drew away on the home straight.

Agreed. I was told afterwards that a crack Cheltenham could be on the cards for him.
