24/25 and earlier PtP & Hunter Chase discussion

An interesting read although not read it word for word yet. Some interesting responses to the survey as well. I did not fill in the survey, but it seemed a few mentioned having to run in a point before running in a hunter chase or if you aren't able to run in a point then you can't run in a hunter chase. I honestly think that would harm hunter chases as I don't think you have the numbers for horses qualified for points to run in both points and hunter chases.
