JOCKEY START INITIATIVE
Very pleased to see this spreading down from the North ......
Fancy becoming a jockey?!... We are LOOKING FOR NEW JOCKEYS to join our new jockey programme this season and to have their first rides point to pointing in GB Pointing. We are extending it from the Northern Area Point To Point, where we have two suitable horses still looking for new jockeys, into the Yorkshire Area P2P , thanks to the help of Jo Foster . We will also try to help those based further south by making connections and providing support. These photos show two new jockeys having their first wins last season under JockeyStart: Jesika Rennie and Jessica Jubb-Clark supported by Kinneston . First races will be at Hexham Racecourse and Alnwick Races .
