The Fife, who opened Pusk, are officially bloodhounds now. The Duke of Buccleuch's have a very nice website explaining how they operate. Exactly how everybody is functioning now I wouldn't be in a position to give definitive answers however they seem to have found ways to maintain some form of sport.
