Sorry - does not sound familiar. Are you sure its Steeplechases? Might be Team chases? The only rider who I am aware of who has won a race on a proper race track with a prosthetic leg was Guy Disney. He also won point to point race with a prosthetic leg. I'm not aware of anyone fitting your description who rides in points. Sorry not to be able to help.
