24/25 and earlier PtP & Hunter Chase discussion

On Saturday Overton host the most valuable P2P of the season nationwide, total prize money of £7,500, plus an additional £250 to the leading owner, none of the 7 races are worth less than £1,000. Given that when most participants are asked how Pointing can be improved they mention increased prize money, it's slightly disappointing that they have only received 60 entries (I know travel/going are factors). Would be interesting to hear peoples thoughts.
