To be fair on the Clerk of the Course, the ground was exactly as he predicted, at least that is what jockeys said to me. I know it will be affected by numbers running but based on the times Garthorpe was not nearly as quick as some other tracks. I take the point in your other comment though that now nobody comes out unless they get good to soft.
