Grimpen Mire
I am trying to find out about a horse owned by the late John Robbins, called Grimpen Mire, which won the heavyweight section of the North Cotswold Hunt Members race at Springhill, ridden by Harry Wheeler.
Which year (probably 1967-1973), comments and its age would be very much appreciated. (I have the 1971 annual, which its not in, but that is my only one for that far back).

Peter, Neil, sorry for the belated reply but I used to get notifications when there were updates to threads I had posted in but for some reason I nolonger get them. So as infrequently on the forum had missed your posts which are very much appreciated🖕🖕.
I think its fair to say that Grimpen Mire was only a hunter and not really a racehorse. But in fairness it did win one of the largest cups I have ever seen by winning the North Cotswold heavy weight cup, which I know meant a lot to John Robbins who was a great support of the hunt and pt-pt.
