Conditions races
So I still haven’t really got my head round conditions races as the conditions seem to change so much between meetings for the same class races!!
At Chaddesley the class 3 novice riders states the horse can’t have won a point since Oct 23 but it can have won a Hunter chase - is that really right?????? I know the horse would have to carry a penalty but it seems really odd that you can have won a hunters chase but not an open point.
Am I reading it wrong?????

in my opinion Conditions races should be =
Level 3 - qualified to run P2P bumper/maiden/restricted/intermediate winners and NH Bumpers or flat races, any other NH race winners/open winners NQ as long as race win before 01/01/2022. Win maximum 2, 5LB Pen 1 win
Level 2 - qualified to run P2P bumper/maiden/restricted/intermediate/Level 3 winners and NH Bumpers or flat races, any other NH race winners/open winners NQ as long as race win before 01/01/2023. Win maximum 2, 5LB Pen 1 win
Level 1 - qualified to run P2P bumper/maiden/restricted/intermediate/Level 2/3 winners and NH Bumpers or flat races, any other NH race winners/open winners NQ as long as race win before 01/01/2024. Win maximum 2, 5LB Pen 1 win
Then you have to run opens how can courses get it so wrong
