Great prizes of £120 1st, £80 2nd, £60 3rd and £40 for 4th as free bets in the main Morris Bros. bookmakers sponsored competition.

Additional prizes of £20 in free bets from Churchill Star (George Moir bookmakers) for most winners and the highest priced placed horse selected ew.

And a bottle of something nice from HarleyJohn for the biggest priced winner and the wooden spoon from Maggie for the last to finish.

The rules will be as past years, with a couple of tweaks.

There will be no penalty for not making a selection, the race will simply be treated as a losing one but anyone failing to make a selection on five consecutive days that there is a hunter chase will be considered to have "pulled up".

All races sponsored by the Pointing Pointers Forum will carry double the standard notional £2 win or £1 ew stake. Competitors will also be asked to select a nap at both the Cheltenham and Stratford HC fixtures which will also count as double staked. Meaning that a Nap made on Stratford's Pointing Pointers Restricted Final will carry quadruple stakes, hopefully keeping the competition alive until the final night of the season.
