Hi Gordon,
I have attached a couple of photos from your race yesterday.
Anyone wishing to have a "free pass" for Hexham 13/04/26 should apply before Noon Thursday 09/04/26 as I have to submit the list to Hexham Racecourse Friday AM !!
Hexham Racecourse has kindly given us a table in The Curlew room again this year 😎

There will be an amount of of passes available for initially people who have donated to the Sponsorship Fund in that we are over subscribed I will arrange a draw, if any remain I will then offer them to all Forum members on a first come first served basis.

For those that will be attending this Friday passes are to be collected from the office just outside the entrance to the course. Tell them that you are with Pointing Pointers and give them your name and they will check you off the list that I have provided them with. Once again Trudi is going to reserve us a table in “The Adrian Flux Bar” and our table is usually in the far left hand corner coming in from the main entrance into the the bar. As usual we will be picking the BTO and presenting the trophy for our race.

Bad news for us but good news for Catterick Racecourse as they have sold all their boxes this year so we miss out unfortunately. I suggest that we use The Horseshoe Bar as our meeting point for the afternoon.

Very briefly as I am sure you saw on TV a very murky day with not much racing to be actually visible 🙈. However very well looked after by Ludlow with an excellent box with tea and coffee provided. In attendance Harley John, Tony Guest, Hellenic, Derek Boughton, Jim Squires, Tim Sage, Neil Astor and myself. Pictures will follow tomorrow.
As we approach our first sponsored Hunterchase of the season on 15/01/16/ this is the place to register your interest in receiving a free pass and racecard generously donated by Ludlow Racecourse if you have donated to the sponsorshipI have 10 so if you would like to like one please comment below. If more than 10 people apply there will be a draw and you will be informed at least two days before. If however less than 10 apply the remaining passes will be opened up to ALL forum members.

Thanks to your very generous donations we have very recently added Leicester 12 February to our portfolio.
For the fourth year running (two as Jumping For Fun) we are crowd funding sponsorship of a number of hunter chases to emphasise the links between pointing and racing under rules.
All the racecourses are vey supportive and give us a (varying) number of tickets for raceday and quite often some sort of hospitality Everyone who donates to the sponsorship can apply for tickets to go and we have a ballot if any meeting is over subscribed. More details will be published before each race day.
As well as the restricted final at the Stratford Hunter Chase evening, we are delighted that we have raised enough already to add Wincanton (25 February), Hexham (13 April) and can now add Leicester’s Dick Saunders on (12 February) to the racecourses we are sponsoring at. We…
